We work in casting because we believe that representation matters.

Media is more than entertainment; it’s how our society reflects & recreates the world we live in. We believe that casting through a social justice lens can affect real change by disrupting harmful patterns of stereotyping in media that impact real-world perceptions.

We collaborate on projects that celebrate individuality and portray difference. We believe in looking beyond traditional talent channels in order to create imagery that increases diversity, rather than perpetuates tokenization.

We also believe deeply in supporting and uplifting our local independent filmmaking community, in order to foster a new generation of ethical filmmaking. We offer consulting and casting at reduced costs for any projects that are made by underrepresented filmmakers and/or promote positive social value.

We are queer and woman-owned and strive to be inclusive of all ethnicities, body types, physical abilities, genders, sexualities, religions, and beyond. We aren’t perfect, but we always welcome a dialogue about how our language & processes intersect with your identity.
